1st Tri-mester ;-)

My crazy morning sicknesses have finally turned down a notch. I am now less pale in the face and able to look at food with a better face ha ha. I have soda crackers next to my bed, water, and mineral water--the Mexican kind lol. Its been a roller coaster with my stomach and the way I feel is very different. My tummy is wider and harder, and its funny how my rib cage is farther apart too. Oh the changes are coming so fast, but I love it. My hair is getting longer and my skin cleared up a lot too, not that I had a lot of pimples but I did have a few and they bothered me so now I'm feeling more prettier than ever in my face that is lol. I've gained three pounds and my next appointed is this Friday!!!! I'm very excited for all my appointments and loving the every morning kisses to my tummy by my Husband. Its our very first baby so It means a lot to us and we're so thrilled to be parents. I have so much love to give to my sweet lovely!!!! oh and I'm glad I have fat pants too that I can wear for later on when I gain those ten to twenty pounds ha ha. Hopefully I don't over do it though lol. My craving only consist of Hot Spicy Pickles, delicious hot soups for some reason, and anything thats spicy and sour. mmmmm olives!!!!!! and mmmm cucumbers with lemon, salt and chili....ya i know you guys probably think grosss!!! but its so yummy!!!!! I've also learned some do's and don't on how to care for your baby lol, check these out:

Dear lovely,

I'm going to be a mommy and josh is going to be a Papi chulo hahaha!!! We found this out at the doctors since I took about a million pregnancy tests and It wouldn't show up that I was pregnant. I knew I was though by the way I was feeling and stuff. When my Doctor Tiffany called me in I had my mom and Josh come with me cuz I was very nervous. They didn't want to tell me what my blood results were over the phone, and I thought: "oh great, im probably anemic again," but that wasn't it. I was 3-4 weeks pregnant and My doctor was so thrilled. I've never seen a Doctor be that excited like my doctor was. She kept saying you better come see me when your belly is showing and dah dah dah!!! it was cute. I also had an overall checkup and I'm very healthy too.

We are thrilled to be parents soon. And cannot wait to hold you and squeeze them cheeks and baby fats. I decided to nickname you Lovely because we dont if your a sweet little girl or rebel little man. Lately though since you are just five weeks old, my parents and husband have been calling you baby FETO!!! cuz your a tiny little fetus---so i been saying baby fettucinni but that only makes me hungry lol, and i don't want to eat you. So I thought lovely would fit you perfectly, because you are love and we love you so ha!!! I hope you read this someday and think....geez my moms a weirdo writing to me when I wasn't even born yet lol. We love you lovely.

love,

your parents;-)

Turkey Day 09' with the IN LAWS!!!

It was my first Thanksgiving without my family, but it wasn't bad at all. I had a great time with Joshuas family. They are just amazing all around and so much fun to be with. My mother in law (Sheila) assigned each of her son's to do something while the daughter in laws cleaned up the kitchen lol....yep!!! thats what latins do best is clean hahhaha jk. Thanksgiving consisted of Delicious Turkey, brisket, potatoe rolls, potatoes, raspberry jam, and yummy pumpkin, chocolate chip, and pecan pie!!!! soooo much good food!!! I got give props to my mother in law she's great at baking!

The day after thanksgiving, we all went to the shooting range and had a blast shooting filled up soda cans and whatever we found tried to destroy it lol. It was fun watching Angelica say no no no!!! I can't do this, I can't shoot the big one but at the end she managed to and it made me feel less like a tomboy since i was shooting with all three guns hahaha. Anywho, I managed to take a trip up to my grandma's and granpa's and hung out with them for a while. It was nice seeing them again, and we got a pretty good laugh from grandpa too.

It was a blessing to be there with our families and being able to share the holidays and spend time with them was so much fun!!! its a good thing we all get along too hahaha. These four days spent here in Palm Springs was great. See ya next time in laaaaawwwwwssss!!!!

Baby I Want A Baby!!!!

I've always had an enormous love for kids, since the tender age of childhood. When I was 2 years old I would look out for my sister and always follow her around wherever she'd go, same with my 15 year old brother. I love them dearly;-) but now the baby fever has been lurking around and everywhere I go I see babies and my desire to have one is growing deeply and it intensifies each day. About a month ago we talked about it and Josh seemed so willing to just go ahead and make babies cuz he's been having the baby munchies too. His words were something like I'm getting old, so lets do this (He was joking about his age) mi amor. I said " Ya thats true, you have a point let's do this then baby, lets make a baby hahaha.

Although the thought of it scares me I know that we will be great parents. Being around my sisters baby has also had a huge effect on us. I've noticed how much Josh has fallen in love with my nephew. The way he laughs and plays with him and I love seeing him hold baby Adrian, it just makes my heart melt. I then asked him; "Are you having major Baby Fever" and he was like "Of Course I'am, I want a little baby." So ya I knew right then and there how much I wanted a little one just for us. Were hoping for a girl, and since then have no longer been taking those nasty BC pills, that make me feel all moody and hormonal. I'm hoping to have a nice pregnancy and be blessed with a beautiful and healthy baby along the way. I want to fulfill my calling in this world and I want to be a mother more than ever!!!!!!!

For all women, we each have a divine role to fulfill. Whether it be in this life or the next. Or whether it be through natural pregnancies or adoptions, it is equally divine. I have respect for all mothers and all women with the desire to be a mother.

To My Unborn Child,
I will do whatever it takes to bring you to this earth. No task is too great. You are worth it. You are and will forever be loved.
XOXO,
Your Mother

Happy Sunday!

"There is always something to do. There are hungry people to feed, naked people to clothe, sick people to comfort and make well. And while I don't expect you to save the world I do think it's not asking too much for you to love those with whom you sleep, share the happiness of those whom you call friend, engage those among you who are visionary and remove from your live those who offer you depression, despair and disrespect.”--Nikki Giovanni

OUR JOURNEY BEGINS!!!!

I cannot express how happy I am being a newlywed. Joshua you are the greatest husband in the world;-). We became good friends at first and from there it was like a friendship set on fire, we fell in love with each other, goofed off a ton when we'd go out, and people would always come up to us or just smile saying how contagious our love is and how cute we look together. We dated for two years and going on the 3 year mark next April. I'm extremely happy how we didn't rush into getting married and getting to know each other very well was the best thing that we did. We both are very different, yet alike in so many ways. He loves religion and politics, I hate politics and religion (not that I don't believe in religion or Heavenly Father) its just that me and him don't share the same beliefs, and thats fine with me, because we've respected each others points of view and thats what makes us a strong couple. We understand each other like no other and enjoy the little things like going out for rolled tacos at Filibertos and eating them at the park, having our own baby talk when we're alone, and dancing in front of each other like weirdos. We're both not materialistic people and there is a quote that I love that goes like this: Often people attempt to live their lives backwards; they try to have more things, or more money, in order to do more of what they want, so they will be happier. The way it actually works is the reverse. You must first be who you really are, then do what you need to do, in order to have what you want. ~Margaret Young- I love that quote!!!. I'm happy the way we are and I'd rather be happy than die with a ton of money and have my kids fighting for it in the end hahaha...although, I do want to retire with a good sum of money, but just enough for me and my puffin. Our kids can just beat it jk lol.

But any who, We recently got married on September 12th 2009, and moved to Texas for a couple of months due to his work status. When I got there I quickly fell in love with Austin, just a beautiful place, and had the best time there. I hope we can move there in the future. For now i will show you our wedding pics and later post the Austin pictures enjoy...

Austin, Texas our 1st home together!!!!

I didn't expect to have had that much fun in Texas with my husband. But wow!!! its so different than Arizona and a million times more fun too. I do have to add that I had the worst homesickness ever for the first two weeks, I kept missing my family and thinking I would never see them again. Josh would find me crying at times in the room, closet, shower, while doing my hair, cooking etc, and like the greatest husband he is would always comfort me and make me feel better. It was my first time being away from the familia, and didn't think I would ever miss them that much, but I did. Going out with the husband and spending time alone in a different state was a great kick off to our Marriage.

Well these are a few of the thing we did in Texas: We visited 6th street, The capital of Austin, went to the cutest boutiques and music stores ever, and became a fan of the Longhorn College Football team lol. I love how chill this place is, you never see lots of blonde girls with huge hair and their dumb coach purses or guys with their stupid GAY!!!! Ed Hardy and Affliction shirts or True Religion jeans. Its be who you are here, not be like everybody else Arizona. What is it with guys wearing sparkles these days?? Thats ridiculous, and I can't stand dumb trends like that, I'd rather make my own clothes thank you. But this place is filled with The sickest local restaurants, music stores, concerts, parks, people, events, and the most beautiful country homes I have ever seen. Its like straight out of a Better Homes magazine!!!! Austin I love you!!! don't ever forget. Oh and I am proud to say that I visited these places while I was out in Texas: Fredericksburg, Killeen, Cuero, San Antonio, Kerrville, Corsicana, Lockhart, Kyle, Austin, Dallas, Round Rock, Bastrop, San Marcos, Waco, New Braunfels, Temple, and Boerne. I been to all these places and lived in San Marcos too for a while too before moving to Austin. Thanks to my husband taking me to work almost everyday I got to see other places in Austin and just had the best time out there, I hope to go back someday again and hopefully soon too;-)

As you can tell we went out to eat alot....and I mean alot!!!

Our Engagement pictures!!!

Had the greatest time taking these pictures. My sweet brother in law Cody took these and came all the way from Salt Lake City, Utah to do these awesome pictures. These pictures were taken at The Biltmore Hotel and I really liked them cuz we just goofed off, laughed a ton, and my husband couldn't keep a straight face or model at least a little bit like he should have. So I just went along with it and they still came out good.!!!
