Growing up fast!!!

My sweet Kiara is getting so big already and turning into such a beautiful little girl. You are such a blabber mouth these days and love pushing tiny stroller and playing kitchen with violet you little friend it's so sweet!! I just adore you:-)

Holidays and Tree-dition

As part of our Christmas tradition my sweet PUFFIN puts up the tree while I make the Mexican chocolate abuelita it brings me sweet memories and also starts a tradition with my little family. It was the perfect night with my husband while Kiki was sleeping and I was so into decorating that just last night I made my own Christmas wreath and went to michaels to get everything I needed and it came out great. I was proud cuz i made it myself haha.

Changing the subject a little Florida is amazing!!! So much to do and see and having the intercoastal waterway behind us is great me and Kiki walk back there everyday and just across from us are these huge mansions I one day hope to live in hahaha. I'm also planning to have some picnics here at our place in th future too. We also live less than 2 miles from the beach!! Can life get any better? I don't think so hahaha

It looks great right!!!! i absolutely love it.

Surprise me!!

I never expected to get an iPhone anytime soon or even before christmas..i'm still shocked. You see my old phone was the pure epitome of a crappy old school phone and it was bright and red. I was always late on technology until I met my husband. He's an APPLE lover and now i'm one too. It is the greatest investment and worth every penny. But I was also on a verizon wireless contract and have been under contract with them for what has felt like forever but thank goodness ill be done with them in jan and until then i have TWO phones haha. 

So here's my story: My husband sucks at lying and surprising me. How he got away with this surprise..good question! i don't know. But just last week he came home and as our every night routine we hug, kiss, kiss, kiss some more and then talk about our days and then put kiara to sleep If he gets home early enough. So that night she was up and as I went to put her in her room after falling asleep and tuck her in. Then all the sudden I here the phone so I tell josh "hey you changed your ringtone" its kinda girly lol. Then he replies " Its not mine, you might want to check your purse." I was like shut up!!!!!!! I searched my bag and yep....I bawled my eyes out!! i was super happy about getting a brand new iPhone 4, and thats my story. 

Its been so good to me and I been using it like crazy....I heart you IPHONE!!! and husband of course, he always works hard to get me everything I want...well almost, I'm still waiting on my Breville Juicer  ;-)

MIAMI!!!

We came to Wynwood walls and Wynwood kitchen and bar here in MIAMI...its was so awesome. My husband is into Street art and all that hipster stuff and well of course he got me into it and now we are in love with Ron English, Shepaird Fairey and Space invader stuff just to name a few and josh found this amazing place to go to today and it was such a fun day together. Oh and I had to go pass by the dash store at the end of our journey but we didn't go in just passed to make that our next miami visit. Let me tell you...from the outside the DASH store is soooo disappointing. It looks so chinsy and lame and from what i hear this place is just not great for shopping for clothes and that water bottles cost about 10 bucks because it has the kardashian pictures of them on the bottle...uhm!! no thank you. I love the dash sisters but not that much. I'm still going to go inside the store and i think we're going next weekend back to miami to see some shops and DASH will be the one to stop by next weekend for sure..i'm still excited. ARE YOU?? haha

16 MONTHS...WOW!!

I can't believe my little girl is 16 months...i want to cry. It has been amazing to watch her grow into this little toddler and hear her little NO's and tantrums run wild. She is in a phase of learning that she is separate from her mommy and now she's a bit more independent. She is one little smart and sassy baby and she mostly gets what she want. She say's no more than yes even though she means yes sometimes but says no..okay did i confuse anyone?? she counts to two..thinks she can say the abc's but only says C, she always wants milk, she loves to jump and twirl around. Open counter tops and close them like she has OCD or something. Loves yo gabba gabba. loves to brush her teeth. loves to sing the song BABIES BABIES..likes mild (don't call me a bad mother haha) salsa.  Loves her scrambled eggs almost every morning. loves loves her shoes and i'm not kidding. And loves to give out byes and sometimes hugs and kisses. She is one sweet girl and loves to be loved. We love you Kiara Marie!!!

Happy Thanksgiving.!!!

Well the month of November is almost ending...I want to savor every moment of the holidays. Its sad how fast they go by but anyways I been up all night cleaning the house and making desserts...Yes!!! my favorite part about Thanksgiving. I'm so happy to say that I made a super delicious recipe that everyone in the blog world has been raving about...DOUBLE LAYER PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE.!!! Its truly divine i tell you and super easy too...i found it on the girl who ate everything web or blog page so enjoy. I made one tonight for my trial and error and seriously you just can't go wrong with this recipe its too darn easy. Happy Thanksgiving. I'am truly Grateful for my lovely family, for our Heavenly Father and for the guidance that we've been given to be where we are today. May you all have a good Thanksgiving;-)

FLORIDA-OUR NEW HOME!!

Its been quite the change moving from Arizona to Mobile and finally to Florida. I absolutely love it here! The weather is in the seventies and I still haven't worn a sweater or anything like that its soooo weird. From what i hear January is supposed to be the cold month but we'll see about that. Its amazing here, so much to do and see and our place is awesome. We live in these nice condos right by the inter coastal area so there is a beautiful waterway just behind our place. Me and kiara walk along the path everyday and i'm planning to do a little picnic soon for us and the view is just beautiful I can't say it enough. Its been hard blogging because i been so busy getting our place all ready and clean but i'm pretty much done.

WOw..in this picture i can see josh and kiara's resemblance. She looks just like me but they look a lot alike here.

KIARA'S 1ST PUMPKIN PATCH

It was kiara's 1st pumpkin patch and believe it or not my first one too. I never thought they were any fun and having a child totally changed my way of thinking. It was awesome and so fun watching our little kiki running around picking up tiny pumpkins...too cute. She is now 14 huge months and time has gone so fast its amazing how big she is. She's hilarious and super goofy too, she definitely got my dance moves( I'm not really a professional dancer by the way haha) and Joshua's expressions when he acts like a total goof. Her personality is sure coming out, we love how everyday she comes up with new words and can count up to 2...still can't get her to say 3 yet. My next goal is to potty train her. Its been so much fun watching this little fat butt grow. WE LOVE HER!!!
