Fathers day!!!

Our father's day was short yet very sweet!!! we got to spend time with Joshua on Sunday the only day off of work that he has. We went out to eat to this place called Mugshots with his brothers and some friends and it was pretty fun having them their too. Josh tried this Peanut butter burger that was actually very delicious and me being the wuss only did chicken tenders platter lol. The food there was very good, and after that we did some shopping and got home and relaxed. After that we went and watched Super Eight which was a very cute movie and then decided to take some photo booth pictures cuz thats how we roll but we actually kept kissing too much so they weren't that much goofy. They were more like super mushy and gooey lol

AND....how could I forget the other man in my life!!! My father;-)  I love my father so much that when I really think about it, it makes my eyes well up in tears. You know that kind of love? He has always been such a support to me, even when I have been known to do a few wacky things here and there that a father might not like- such as going out and coming home late. Lying to him about having a few boyfriends in high school and just the typical teenage little white lies that we all go through but can never hide from my parents cuz they'd always find out. But i want to thank you dad for always being a great example to me and always being there for me. Love you!!!

Blue Berry Jamboree

So Yesterday we went to Meridian, Mississippi with all the wives and our kids. We had a fun picking Blue berry jamble. It was more fun than I thought and the farm there was beautiful. Kiara was  having a blast too. She picked berries from the basket, the ground and the trees and her belly was all full from eating too many berries it was adorable. By the time we were done picking berries we were drenched in sweat. Its so humid in the south and I'm still not used to it just yet. I wish our move to AL would be less humid but i'm sure it will be just the same.

11 month Baby Mambo

Kiara at almost eleven months!! Josh ran to get his iphone and record us. Its fun to see her doing more and more things now too. She's waaay too funny. I think she got it from the both of us and now that she is 11 months this is what she does so far. She dances away whenever she hears a good song and with a good beat too lol. She says bye and hi, she clearly say's What is that?? and you can actually understand it. She has 8 teeth now, and she has taken lots and lots of little steps on her own. she acts like she's talking on the phone and i think she learned that one really quick cuz she always watches me pick up the phone. So now she'll pick up anything and act like its a phone and tries to say hello...too cute!!!  She is an amazing and super smart baby and our favorite!!!

Got Mac??

So now that me and the husband our out in Mississippi we were in need of a laptop, and of course me being the super frugal one even thought it was a good idea. At this point i wanted one soooooo bad and i missed my blogging moments and checking my emails and wanting to skype with my familia since i miss them dearly. So we headed out to to the mall and of course the hubby who is a mac freak decided to go check out what they had. As i walked in I was completely hooked with their stuff. I don't have anything Mac except my ipod cuz i'm cheap and inexpensive hahaha and my husbands iphone 4 that i love to use but had refused to have him buy me one cuz I did not want to spend so much money a month, but honestly now i regret it after signing a 1 year contract with verizon and seeing what the iphone 4 does, its seriously magic!!!!

Anyways, we go in and husband told me to pick the Mac we should have and I was a very happy woman, although the price kinda hurt my feelings and wanted a simple lap top that could do the job like a PC i went for it and cleared my mind from bills and all and got the Macbook Pro baby. I almost went for the Macbook Air but honestly didnt really like it, it was waaay too thin for my taste so ya i'm so excited to finally have a laptop that can do a good job and not crap out like our last one. And now my next step is to get my iphone cuz seriously Macs and Iphones are amazing!!!! they say that once ya go mac you never go back and its soooooo true. I'm so in love with my laptop right now;-) thank you Joshua. Now its time to pay the bills lol.

THe SOUTH!!!

I have been here in Mississippi for a whole week now and jackson is not the place you want to visit but let me tell you, its been soo much fun so far. We have a huge group of LDS mommies who gather up ideas on where to go and plan play dates for our kiddos and its been successful. Everything revolves around them and we have even done Bachelorette night when our kids go to sleep, thank you!!!! hahaha. We've gone to the childrens museum, splash parks, vicksburgs coca cola museum ( a very small small small museum and not so amusing) haha and now were heading to MOBILE, ALABAMA in a week or so YESSS!!! we will be living close to the coast and to Florida too and our apartment complex waaaaaay nicer than where we are staying at cuz now we will have a pool and gym. All of us mommies are super excited for that. So ya this summer is going pretty well for me;-) and for kiara too she has a new buddy Malachi!!!
