Thrifty Nifty!

I wasn't much into thrift stores. Never into them until recently when I walked into the thrift collection and saw some amazing antiques that I loved and notice all the cool furniture. One of the drawers caught my eyes so I talked the man down from his original price from 50 to 40 bucks. It felt great! I think I scored haha. Plus this is going to look great in kiaras room.

We had a great time with the kirks picking strawberries.our last stop was at a bakery for some delicious cake tarts and delicious muffins.

Daily Dillio!!

Nothing new this week, just excited about going to Arizona end of MAY. I will be there for a whole month visiting my parents, friends and also possibly staying with my in laws in palm springs!! For like a week or so. Couldn't be more excited!!! My brother will be graduating(main reason I'm going) as well. Can't believe I will be at the school I graduated seven years ago hahaha sheesh!! Time really does fly by so fast and it makes me feel so old too but happy to know that I'm Soo done with school. I like where I'm at right now. I'd like to go back to college but only to take courses to keep learning like psychology my fave subject or history courses..very interesting.

Let's see, next month I was going to do anther obstacle race, but I backed out of it. I'm not in workout mode right now and I'm saving every penny for my trip to AZ as well. But I've registered for spartan race in feb and couldn't be more excited!! I really have to hit the gym with this coming race. I'm sure I'll do some races in between that time to rev me up for this coming one! Or at least I hope to have that motivation haha!!!

As for my little stinkoead Kiara she is 21 months old today. She's in the 99th percentile for height and average weight which makes her a really tall and lean little girl for her age group. She can say about 100 words and has been saying "cannot believe it" "dat was close" "oh no" and my fave "daddies at work." she puts lots of little sentences together so it's super easy to understand her now. She knows her animals. Planes, boats etc. can count up to ten but still messes up her nine and ten. Can count 1-8 real good. Let's see, she loves cupcakes yo gabba and her little radio flyer red bike a lot. She loves to color. Tell me that she's pooping in her diaper but doesn't want to sit on her potty!! Bribes and all don't work with this kid. She's also the biggest sweetheart ever. I love her more and more each day. She's just a blast to be with. Happy 21 months little one!

West Palm Beach!

Yesterday we went out to west palm beach my friend and I and we took our kiddos for a plays date at leaping lizards (forgot to take some pics there, mostly did video of her) and then out for some pizza at a local shop downtown. Then we let them play out by some hills and a water fountain. it was nice hanging out and it ended in a great night with kiara sleeping early and the whole night....ahh! So nice for sure!!

Easter 2012

Today was a rather relaxing and fun time. Went to church and was in the nursery with kiara and watched her play with the other kids. She's definitely getting better in there. Then afterwards came home she took a nap and me and the hubby relaxed for a while till she woke up, ate, let her play with her Easter basket that the bunny brought (lol) then headed out to the beach to meet up with my brother in law and his in laws. After that we went to this delicious burger joint called Charm City Burgers seriously my favorite place ever for burgers! And called it a night. It was an overall nice Sunday. But most of all this is a day to remember the resurrection of the lord.

Because of the saviors resurrection we will overcome death and become the beneficiaries of his mercy and grace. In a world of trouble and uncertainty, his peace fills our hearts and eases our minds. Jesus is in every deed "the way, the truth,and the life" (John 14:6)

Why I love having a little girl!!

The thought of having another child always crosses my mind. Should I have them closer together? A little further apart? And if I did what would i want? ( NOT LIKE I CAN DECIDE RIGHT haha)Another girl? A boy!? I think about another girl just because she'd get all the cutest hand me downs from kiara and that I do love. A boy would be fun but girls are seriously the best when it comes to dressing them up?? A lot more to it then boys for sure! But whatever baby jesus gives me in the future  I will be very happy!!
