HALLOWEENIE!!!!

This year I had a stubborn little girl who refused any type of costume!!! She had two costumes and wanted nothing to do with them. We were going to go to this Halloween party with some friends at the library and our plans fell through. Me and Joshua tried so hard not to laugh because she kept putting her hands on her face saying "oh no!!! I don't like this I don't like this!!! Sent the pictures to my mom since she had bought her the costume so it was a pretty eventful morning and pretty dreadful for her lol. Id also like to add that it made things easier for me and Joshua. No candy for her and no candy for us to have around and eat...yes!!! 

Our night consisted of going out to the mall.I also didn't know that you could trick or treat at the mall. We got there pretty early so there wasn't a lot of people till the end when we were getting ready to leave which was nice. We went to some stores and did some winter shopping which was way more fun and rented out one of those car carts for kiara..she was happy. She still has no idea what Halloween is so it really wasn't such a big deal and we made it fun for her that day. Took her out, ate dinner, came home,played,and called it a night. I bought her some little fruit snacks and that was her treat. It was a fun day for us for sure.

IS this mean of my part to post this picture?? I was dying..it was the most cutest and hilarious meltdown ever. To her it was a dreadful halloween. Who knew a 2 year old would demand to have this costume taken off.!!

WE were loving these so much. Daddy in the back watching us. Yep we bought these!!! winter cuteness!!

She has no problem wearing hats or jewelry...she's definitely mommy's girl for sure!!

Enjoying the last days of good weather!

Today we headed out to Lexingtons Arboretum and went into the children's garden. Kiara had so much fun and I just adore watching her play its the cutest!! And two days ago we went to the park and to feed the ducks. Every time I see her I can't believe how much she is growing. I also think about how much she needs a brother or a sister and then she throws a tantrum....and that's when I change my mind hahaha.oh how I love this life of being a mother. I get so much joy:-) I do!!!

SUNDAY FUNDAY!!

On Sunday we headed out to natural bridge. This beautiful hiking and picnic area. It was a company BBQ so we all had a great time with them and our kids. Nature is truly beautiful and hiking this super mini trail was awesome. Such a nice day!

I WORKOUT!!

I've managed to stay motivated throughout the cold weather here in Lexington and it makes me feel so great!!! Seriously the best thing to do is to just go out and do it! No excuses you get what you put in. What I always do is I set 3 alarms well mostly two on my iPhone after the second I'm up. Then I lay out my workout clothes the night before so I can just get up brush my teeth, wash face, moisturize, get my clothes on and walk out the door!! No matter how late I go to bed I try and get myself up because I tend to feel extremely guilty and have off day on the days I don't run. Of course I take days off cuz I need them but I've really enjoyed this running.....ALOT!!

Changing the subject a bit (not really)I remember how I used to spend money on cute clothes and now I'd rather spend it on workout clothes..I love it!! It's so fun and motivating. I don't get all fancy with it and don't spend massive amounts on workout clothes but I found out just last night that Walmarts danskin sportswear is pretty decent. Most of my workout I'll get at TJ maxx or Marshall's but I really like the danskin Long sleeves Soo nice and dri fit is great!! Only 9 bucks for this pink or fuchsia colored one..scored! I'm going back for a couple more of these since I really like them and how they adjust to your body. The one her is a small perfect fit on me! Love it!

Stroll through LEX!

This past weekend we took a drive out to hill country. My goodness is it beautiful here!. Now that i've moved around the states so much its been nice to see the beauty that each state holds. Florida had its nice warm and clear beaches, and here in Lexington its lush greenery and mountains. I got to see the seasons change and the weather is so crisp and super cold in the mornings. I don't think we will live here forever...talking from experience here lol. But I hope that our next move is just a little bit closer  to my parents. I really do miss them especially during the holidays. Miss my moms Holiday cooking ;-) hoping to make it out to AZ for christmas but we will see.

Love fall!!!!

Lexington is beautiful...seriously! And I cannot say it enough!! The people here are wonderful and sweet! I found myself two running groups and I love them already!! Ran 4 miles at 5:30 am one morning in 36 degree weather. Freezing cold brr..but when I was done I was sweating and feeling hot lol. It was an awesome feeling. I'm happy to be here so far!

Today we went out to this october fall event for the kids...and we had some of our friends there too. It was a wonderful day.

Lexington is beautifuL!!

I can't believe how beautiful it is here!! I've never seen fall before. My first time and i'm truly speechless!!! So far me and Kiara just love it here. We have taken a few walks and I've already joined a  running group...i'm so lucky for that. I have been able to stay motivated and I ran with the group already in 36 degree weather...brrrr!! so chilly. I was not prepared for that lol.
