Another day at the beach

Just got back from the beach with kiara. Josh is at work so since this week has been pretty warm we have been at the beach lately. This is our second day this week.

Superhero march 24th 2012

Done with the superhero scramble. Standing was 28th finish of the 593 females not too shabby. Proud I my team and Lisa I'm glad we stuck together. This was intense!! Long water cross swims, wall climbings, getting barb wired in the ass, carrying massive bags and marine drills etc... Will post pics of the obstacles once I get them off their web. This is the most exciting thing I could ever do! Bruised everywhere but sooo worth it!! This is only the beginning for me!! It was fun to do this with our team there was more than just the 8 of us that raced, we had 13 on the team but the other raced at different time waves. We did ours on the first 830 wave bright and early which i wanted because the earlier the better and less heat too.

This was serious bruising, the wall climbings were huge and i used all the upper strength i had which caused major bruising lol

New things!!

Thanks MIL for my gift card to amazon!! its so much harder buying things when you have a gift card because you feel like you can buy the whole store or the whole website, but then its like okay calm down ISABEL, you didn't win the lottery its just a gift card!!. But thank you guys that was sweet!!! okay moving on i love the blog Wild Flower!!! thanks to her i Made Kiaras shoes look so pretty!! Kaylee has such a cute and adorable style. Love getting ideas from her!!!! I don't know why i went from gift cards to blog but i have so much on my mind today because of race day tomorrow. I'm just extremely nervous.

Well anyways so far this morning I just finished shopping on amazon, got the cutest cross body bag and some Organic Argan Oil for my face and hair. I don't want to age and i love shiny hair, all while eating a huge piece of Chocolate cake, I know I'm not the healthiest person but i also am not a health nut...could never be one. So does eating crappy have an effect on aging...CRAP I'm doomed for life!!!

Sneak peek!!

Have no idea what I got my self into but Saturday is mud race day!!!! I'm freaking out but Lisa got our shirts for our team 13 of us I think is the total count in our team the WEBE DOwn and Dirty team!! Oh yeah.

I was also in on the sneak peak for the race and I hope I wake up with muscles on Saturday cuz I sure don't have any upper body strength. Good luck to me!!

Hanging out with the kirks!

It was nice seeing Laura violet and baby Scarlett again. In the short time we had not seen them violet and Scarlett grew;-( its sad how fast babies grow. My little girl is already 20 months it hurts my heart a little bit. I love you Kiki!! I wish you could stay little forever !!! But I snapped this picture and wow they are both beautiful little girls!! Violet is older by like 10 months.

Surprise me!!

He's Soo good at making this woman happy!! And his favorite things to do is surprises. ❤him!! The card was so cute and funny and the flowers, so sweet! He always picks the best ones and not only that but he always picks several small ones combines them into a huge one, trims them and fixes them himself lol say what!!!??? What a good man!! Then the cake he put mi sexy hahaha that's his way of speaking a little bit of Spanish. How darling! All this might sound total cheese ball but he's never stopped doing things like this for me I thought once we got married the thoughtful and super darling gestures would fade but nope he's still the same sweet cheesy man. Joe (father in law) thank you for raising a super gentlemen. Seeing how sweet you are to Sheila to this day is a good sign for me for many years ahead!! No wonder josh is such a loving husband. And I'm so very grateful for that. Sorry but I had to brag on this day!! Plus it's my blog I do what I want haha Love you PUFFIN!

My birf day!!!

My Special day consisted of a trip to Ikea with Corey and little man Hudson and kiki. It was quiet the trip haha there was running around...a lot changing diapers and trying to calm down kiara in the car lol she gets crazy sometimes. But it was fun me and Cors were laughing it up asking ourselves when did our lives get so busy lol. Seriously. Never thought that walking out the door for a trip to the store or park would turn into almost an hour of getting things ready. I always have to ask myself; okay did I forget anything?? That's right!! My daughter lol jk.

Anyways Cors has been an amazing friend since I met her. Not only because she let me borrow her Gucci bag haha but because she just is. We have already planned to go out on dates and babysit each others kids, have girls night and she's offered to cut my hair(the chick who's cut kristen bells hair styled shakira's and others ) I'm stoked ahh! And not even that but on my birthday she got me some cute earrings and cupcakes my absolute fave. She goes out of her way to do things for me and we do things for each other. While she was getting her haircut I took care of Hudson her little one and took him and kiara out to eat and bought them some toys to have fun. I love that about us! And I think heavenly father put her in my way as well as me in hers because the girl who was her friend before me had recently moved to Colorado so she was bummed about that and a few months later we met. So it was so meant to be haha! Love ya Cors!

But anyways my whole day was so nice and right now I'm stuck in
My room the hubby has something up his sleeve in the living room since he just got home from work. Can't wait to see what sweet thing he's doing!! Tata now!!

While I was gone

Today was my last day of free training with evolution fitness and so me my friend Lisa and Kim a friend of Lisa's came out with us for a good intense workout it was like a rough trail run, water crossings and comin out of the water with wet shoes make running more harder, and jumping over lots of picnic tables was pretty tough. The worst thing about all this is that I been lacking with my diet and workouts. I totally stopped working out consistently it took a toll on me and I got a bit lazy. But going to this event this Morning made me realize I have one week left so even though I'm going to work out lightly I need to be better about my diet.

Anyways I would like to say how proud I was of this event I was in the middle crowd meaning I wasn't running in the front or the last one in the back running. I even passed this super strong fit chick in tiny booty shorts and huge bi's, guess muscle isn't everything. I honestly think me running more than lifting has helped me with my cardio and I'd rather be healthy that way than look it and not be able to run consistently. These buff lookin peeps couldn't keep up it was kinda weird. I was so proud of myself for giving it my all in this mini workout. I know the real race will be much much more tougher but I totally underestimated myself thinking I wasn't going to be so good at this and I was wrong!!

Well changing the sub josh took care of kiara this morning and it looks like they had a blast. She is definitely a daddies girl and they just adore each other so much. Josh took all these pics and sent me one while I was out working out and I ended up stealing his phone and collecting all these cute little pics they took together!!

Friends and beach!!!

Nothing beats a good day at the beach with our friends! And a trip to the ice cream club! My favorite spot.

Project glitter!!!

So i revamped my daughters shoes yay!!!!(thanks wild flower blog) thought I'd share because it was fun getting all glittery and making these shoes look so pretty for my little girl again and going to Michaels with CORS haha was fun!!! She motivated me to walk into Michaels and get this started.

They'll probably get scuffed again but I still got the leftovers and even though it's a bit time consuming with the layers of glittering and having to wait for the layers to dry it was so worth it and saves ya money too.

On a side note Hung out with my friend Corey and then took care of these two while she was getting her hair cut and styled. So it was definitely a fun experience having two kids who are the exact same age ( 5 days apart) with me at target. I didn't expect them to behave well at all an they did it was awesome. Now I know why married couple have two kids and close in age it seriously makes certain things easier.

Enough with the KONY!!!

I'm sorry to say this and some might even get offended but the whole KONY thing kinda ticks me off. I agree he's a horrible criminal and needs to be stopped but at the same time we need to deal with all the issues we are facing here in America. We don't have all the resources to do right or well. We need to contain our forces, meaning our money, resources and time, to our own needs. We cannot continue governing the whole: We have to govern the self. Enough of always trying to help others when we are the ones that need it most. I know that sounds totally selfish but sometimes selfishness is a trait that can be beneficial to us. All this KONY movement is doing is wanting to send troops over to Africa.

I can't believe I never posted these BELLINGRATH GARDEN pictures from Alabama!! This was such a fun and extremely humid day! Riding true ferry was fun and a bit cooling and hanging out with all the sister wives was fun. I Miss these get togethers!!

Since we were going to be at the gardens, me and my sister in law and her sister laura decided to wear skirts!! it turned out cute.
