This past Sunday Me and my Puffin went on a nice date. Something we rarely do because we have a little girl and because most of the time we'd rather spend it as a family together. But any who it was such a fun and sweet date night. Joshua is always good at picking a good place to eat. He's adventurous all the time and thanks to him I have had a palate for different types of foods including vegan. He made reservations at this Vegan Restaurant called Darbsters. It was by the water and it was a very cute little place surrounded by plantain trees and all. The food was to die for and after eating it I didn't feel gross and full....oh and gassy. After our dinner we sat there relaxed just talking and talking. Of course a lot of our conversations were about Kiara and how cute she is. Then we went and saw The Dark Knight and I loved it so much!! I've seen all of them so this was perfect. Anne hathaway is so stunning and her bod is killer...jealous!. I couldn't have asked for a better husband or date night.

Kale salad, mushroom tofu soup and vegetables tempura...doesnt look so good but it was delicious.!!
