Weekend long run!!


Next weekend is my HALF (trailMARATHON13.1 miles of running! Can't wait.I worked so hard for this. Set all my other stuff aside and focused on getting my butt up each morning and stepping foot outside. Did I mention how much I dislike treadmills now. I can barely do 3miles on that boring thing. Once you run outside the treadmill seems like torture, but I had to use it several times due to the hurricane weather here in FL. Anyways, I set a goal and i'm on the road to completely accomplishing it. I couldn't be more proud. If you want a top calorie burner Running is on the top list!! Flattened my pudge pretty fast. Now all I need to add is strength training and core workouts now but I'm waiting on that till after my race dont want massive sore legs lol. Can't wait to post pics for my race next weekend!!!
