10 mile long run

It's was a cold morning 16 degree weather. Icy slick roads and snowing but it's always a guarantee that the Striders are out and about getting there long run in for the weekend. Yep, that's us!!! It was indeed one of my favorite long runs yet.im going to miss my running group when I leave.
